Especially before period, the symptoms get worse. I've been taking this Women’s Wellness Menopause Relief for a few weeks and had less night sweats and hot flashes, even before my period which was usually bad. I also woke up less often in the middle of the night. The soft chews are tasty, soft and individually packed, so I can stash them in the bag for on-the-go. The container arrived when it's hot so the chews kind of melt and got sticky. But the next day when left in cool place, they got back in shape and not sticky. Gifted by Force Factor.

My only one complaint would be that I wasn’t crazy about the flavor. It’s definitely tolerable but not the best tasting. Other than that it was a pretty great product and I would more than likely purchase it again.

So far after taking them for a couple weeks the main thing I’m seeing improvement in is my nightly hot flashes. I’m not getting them as often which is amazing. I love that the chews have extra added vitamins like calcium . My body needs those right now for sure.

I have been taking two of the Women's Wellness Menopause Relief chews in the evenings after dinner for the last couple of weeks. I have experienced a reduction in the intensity and frequency of my hot flashes, especially at night. I haven't been waking up with night sweats which has done wonders for my sleep! My mood has leveled out, and I have a noticeably higher energy level. I will definitely continue using this product. The soft chews have a nice berry flavor, and they are easy to chew. I have been taking them for a little over a week and the difference that I have noticed is my hot flashes have definitely decreased. That's the one thing that I was hoping it will help me with. The ingredients in these- black cohosh, chasteberry, dong quai, and red clover to help been shown over and over to ease the common symptoms of menopause like from hot flashes, mood swings and fatigue. Even if you are not in menopause it would be useful. The texture is like a starburst and this flavor is really nice. Not too much sugar and no weird additives. I feel that I have a bit more energy and focus after using.

I was excited to try Force Factor's Menopause Relief because I'm 54 and suffering from menopause symptoms. I have mood swings, night sweats, hot flashes, and feeling not my best. I spend lots of time being hot or cold and can't seem to regulate my body temperature. I wasn't expecting much, and was surprised that within a few days I saw a dramatic improvement in my symptoms. I was able to sleep through the night without waking up a sweaty mess! I also noticed I'm not turning on my desk fan at work throughout the day. I've been taking the chews daily, and I think my mood has improved and I've got a little more pep in my step. I like that the chews have calcium and vitamin D. The flavor is good and they are soft chews so they are easy to take. It reminds me of a chewy candy, and the chews are much easier to swallow than a pill. I'm going to continue taking them and I think they are much better than some other products I've tried,
