I love that Force Factor gifted me the Vaginal Health + Hormone Balance chews to add to my daily staples. Women need more education and focus on their body's needs as we age and I love taking these ashwagandha extract root chews with the omega 3 and vitamin c benefits as well. While I haven't noticed any hormone changes, anything to keep yeast and odor at bay is worth using when they're this tasty! I keep them on my desk for the perfect afternoon snack.
