I noticed a difference in my attention/focus on day 1!

Starting off taking them after a meal with my other supplements. Then one day I had the bright idea to treat it like a “probiotic” and took it in the morning on an empty stomach…. Immediately YES!!!!!!

Although the Think/Focus Coffee is great, I'm not a coffee guy, but these capsules are doing the job. Im definitely more focused & no jitters or any other side effects.

Really does work. I am able to focus and be way more productive instead of drinking more coffee and just getting jittery.

My name is Lynda, yrs ago I was diagnosed with m.s. specifically p.p.m.s. I knew at the time of my diagnosis that I wanted to stay on a natural path and avoid pharmaceuticals, which I always have. I was taking lions mane for years but it wasn't a very powerful version at all. I heard about Four Sigmatic and did research on it. I've been taking it every day since. I will add a fact, lions mane is one of the most powerful ingredients to help against progression with m.s. and many other extreme health conditions. I get asked often how soon does lions mane make you feel better and my response is with lions mane it isn't mostly about how it makes one feel better per say, but more about the new or worse symptoms you won't feel, becauseit slows progression. Besides helping with overall health, Lions mane does an important behind the scenes job and that is protecting the nerves coating and connections, which is pretty much exactly what m.s. is. destruction of the nerves, if your nerves and their connections get destroyed your brain can't send signals to your muscles which is why people with m.s. have trouble balancing, numbness, walking, reaching, grabbing , seeing and for some even speaking, eating and swallowing. There is no cure for m.s. but for me and many others, there is hope with lions mane. I wish more people knew this. I'm glad I found you Four Sigmatic. A quick easy way to get one's boost of energy - over time.

I have been using Four Sigmatic for a few years now, starting off with the Vanilla protein for mix in a.m., and I find it very comforting knowing I am doing good things for body & brain. I have ventured into the supplements so things could be taken on a consistent level, which is how they work best. Do I miss a few days, heck yeah, but always get back on track. I still feel that I am adding something simple in my daily routine that can give me so much more than what I'm even aware of. I'm 64 and I work around students & professors/instructors and my energy level, awareness & cognitive level are constantly brought up. I know it's because I'm "fueling" it with the right things! You can't get slack as you age, you have to keep moving and evolving, and Four Sigmatic is very much a part of my program, and budget - I do not make a lot, I'm in housekeeping, but figuring what's important to your body to function at it's most optimum is key.
