It works okay, but its not great beyond newborn. The fact that replacements only come in packs of four is WILD, aka my 9 month old cant use two of them. SELL INDIVIDUAL.

Works fine for a year but you can't use it after a year without wasting plastic and money. Simple fix would be to sell packs of 12+ months but they won't. Other companies have figured it out look there.

Product itself is great but lack of replacement pads make this product very short lived. Frida only offers a 4 back replacement where 3 of the 4 pads are 6m and under which likely would never need replacing. If they offered more ultra gritty 12+ month replacements, this product would be 5 stars.

Design is nice. The battery life on this is terrible. It needs to be replaced very frequently. Also, how did your product development team not think of selling the filing pads (9-12m+) alone so customers don't have to purchase the entire bundle. It leaves me scratching my head, wondering how your team missed this simple option.

I bought the product a couple months ago and (ofc to late to return) and i went to use it for the first time and it wont turn on put multiple different batteries in it and nothing i dont understand.

This was so great for the first month that we used it. After that, the buffer pad would stop spinning and then shut off while trying to trim my baby’s nails. I’ve replaced the batteries multiple times, but it will still shut off after a few seconds of using it. I was hoping this would last at least 6 months. I am very disappointed that it has already stopped working after a month.

Worked decently well for the first 5 months of baby’s life. Now, it doesn’t even turn on and replacing the batteries doesn’t fix the issue. Time to replace this even though I had hoped that I would get at least a year’s worth of use. Thumbs down.

Should’ve just gotten trusted Frida brand from the get-go. Ordered two different cheaper versions online, to which they broke within a day and didn’t even work at all. The Frida brand is such a nice quality, product directions are clear and easy to read, and even came with a nice clean looking storage container. Save your money and get this one from the beginning! Oh, and I forget to mention, it actually works very well at trimming nails. My two year old won’t let me clip his nails, but he sits for this and it turns his little daggers into smooth nail beds.

Ok so Frida Baby does a nice job designing their devices and carrying cases. The buffer definitely works - but it is still scary to file your baby’s nails. Too much filing in one section can damage the skin around the nail. You just have to be careful. I’d buy again.
