Over time, normal use can lead to residue or liquid buildup on the mesh plate, which may affect performance. To keep your device running smoothly, regular maintenance is key. Below are some helpful troubleshooting steps to get your Nebulizer back on track. Issue: Nebulizer light is on, but there’s little or no mist. Step 1: Dry the Mesh Plate 1. Remove the mask or diffuser. 2. Use a lint-free cloth or paper towel to dry the mesh plate inside the mask attachment area gently. 3. Ensure there is no remaining liquid, then turn on the nebulizer. Step 2: Cleaning Cycle (if still no mist) 1. Empty the medicine container. 2. Fill it with 5-10 ml of hot water (85°C / 185°F). 3. Run the nebulizer for 2-3 minutes to clear residue. 4. Allow the components to air dry completely. If the problem persists, repeat Step 1. Charging Issues • If the light doesn’t turn on, charge the device for one hour using the provided cable. • If the device still doesn’t power on, contact our Fussbuster team via our website.

We love how quiet this nebulizer is. We have used several over the years (portable & standard) & this is the quietest by a long stretch. So quiet that it deserves 5 stars despite what I will say next. The pediatric mask & other attachment are flimsy & do not securely attach. We just use it without them. Also, not one but TWO of these that I bought in store at Target had been returned USED. So please make sure the safety seal is secure when you get this!

I loved this the very first time I used it. Thought the flow was great. And about the 4th time I turned it on for my son the vapor just doesn’t come out hardly at all. I’ve followed all the cleaning instructions and I make sure it’s fully charged before using it and it just barely works anymore. Was not worth 50 bucks. I’m very disappointed. I did read this in reviews before buying but figured if I just cleaned it and followed the directions exactly surly that wouldn’t happen and it did.

We love this, especially for saline when the little one or one of us are starting to get sick. Has been helping us get over colds much more quickly and is so portable and way easier to use than the nebulizer we got through insurance when baby needed it. When ours stopped working after a month, they sent a replacement right away too. Great service and product.

As a mom that doesn't like to give my children medication, I went on a hunt for nebulizer due to my daughters congestion. I found the Frida nebulizer and was excited to try it out. I followed the instructions and our first use lasted 10 minutes. For the second use I noticed a small crack, which was suspicious because I didn't remember dropping the nebulizer nor do I recall and force that would cause a crack. I also felt the vapor liquid dripping out while in use. About the fourth use the nebulizer would not turn on. My daughter's cough was getting a lot better so I wanted to keep up with the treatment and I returned it and got a new one. I get the new one and used it twice before I noticed the same thing as the first nebulizer. There's a crack and vapor liquid is dripping. I'm not sure how the cracks are happening because the nebulizer is safely put away. Other than that mystery, I love the product.
So grateful.

I am being impressed with the customer service and level of professionalism attached with FridaBaby. The warranty on this product is amazing. My son with severe asthma depends on his travel nebulizer and when it unexpectedly stopped working, Frida made it right almost immediately. Thank you.

I use this on my baby all the time when he starts to get stuffy. I can even use it while he sleeps because it's so quiet to use. It helps him breath so much better

My baby Suffers from severe asthma attacks, and is scared of the regular nebulizer. The Frida nebulizer is the only way she takes her medications without any issues. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend it for babies and young children.

I just purchased the item today (4/13/25). The first use was great!! I have chronic asthma & my regular inhalers just aren’t enough for my wheezing. I couldn’t find the pieces to my traditional plugin nebulizer & the fastest I could get one was to order this one from Target. Again, the first use was great, I have to do treatments every 4 hours. When I attempted to run water through it like it said it didn’t blow any vapor out & I couldn’t get it to turn off. I finally got it turned off, removed the cap & put it back on & it worked but would “pulse” out the vapor. So spray for a few seconds, stop, spray for a few seconds, stop. It’s now been 4 hours & I’m attempting to do my 2nd treatment & it’s not spraying at all… for $50 I find that unacceptable. I can get a cheaper one on Amazon. I’m going to recharge the nebulizer in hopes maybe that’ll work. If not have to figure out how to get a refund, if I even can. I’ve bought many items from Frida. Like their nail clippers, I’ve purchased at least 8 of them & my son is only 6 years old lol. But I love them. Being that I’ve purchased many Frida items & have loved them I expected nothing less with this product. I did see all the negative reviews but being that I’m wheezing I had to try something! I’m surprised they haven’t taken it off the market & figured out what’s wrong with it.

It worked fine when we first got it, LOVED IT! How compact and quiet it is, but now it no longer works and NOTHING I try will get it to work, you’d think for the price it’d be a product that was unproblematic. Wanted to love this but it doesn’t even last. Even as I’m writing this review, it’s ON and nothing is coming out!

Let me start off with when I first got it I LOVED IT, so quite easy to bring anywhere. BUT this is our second one we have bought thinking the first one could’ve been a user error. Knowing now it’s a products issue. We bought our latest one in February and it is already malfunctioning when is fully charged. It will barely blow out and then just stop. Very frustrating when you are relying on this product to give to your children. then it doesn’t work and you have to scramble to the store to spend more money on another nebulizer. So disappointing.

I love it is so portable and easy to store since is small has been working great. I just wish that there was and option to turn the light off it wakes up my daughter Besides that is a great product I been using it for my 4 year old and 11 month old during this flu season
