Over time, normal use can lead to residue or liquid buildup on the mesh plate, which may affect performance. To keep your device running smoothly, regular maintenance is key. Below are some helpful troubleshooting steps to get your Nebulizer back on track. Issue: Nebulizer light is on, but there’s little or no mist. Step 1: Dry the Mesh Plate 1. Remove the mask or diffuser. 2. Use a lint-free cloth or paper towel to dry the mesh plate inside the mask attachment area gently. 3. Ensure there is no remaining liquid, then turn on the nebulizer. Step 2: Cleaning Cycle (if still no mist) 1. Empty the medicine container. 2. Fill it with 5-10 ml of hot water (85°C / 185°F). 3. Run the nebulizer for 2-3 minutes to clear residue. 4. Allow the components to air dry completely. If the problem persists, repeat Step 1. Charging Issues • If the light doesn’t turn on, charge the device for one hour using the provided cable. • If the device still doesn’t power on, contact our Fussbuster team via our website.

    Works great, remember to clean it!

    The unit works well, we did get a warranty replacement as we accidentally left the old one all season without running the clean cycle enough so it was clogged and stopped producing mist reliably. If you remember to clean it with warm water it should last and it helped our kids a lot!

    This was ok for a handful of uses, but it did put out some larger drops and sputtered a bit even though directions were followed exactly. The worst part is it was washed per instructions exactly as stated each time and it still completely molded in the interior where I can’t wash it. I don’t even want to know what the inside looks like. I’m glad I realized and didn’t use it with all the mold.

    I got this for my 2yr old niece who suffers from asthma. The first time she used it worked perfectly well but after the last few times it hasnt worked well.
