    Dangerous Packaging

    Fair warning- be very cautious when opening…. Was difficult to get the cube out and when I finally got it out, it popped out full force and hit me straight in the eye…. Hurt so bad.

    I Like These Alot

    These are GREAT when you don't have fresh ginger, but need it for a recipe. They're not as good as fresh (they don't have that spicy kick of fresh ginger), but they come through in a pinch to give your recipe the flavor profile it needs. They're really easy to pop out of the pack and melt quickly (like within a minute). They are much more expensive than fresh, but you pay for convenience.

    Ok but not spicy enough for me

    Not very spicy. I wanted something to use in hot water like the ginger juice packets from another retailer. These are probably not made with that in mind and more for cooking but I wanted something very strong ginger and these are a little weak. Packaging was fine and otherwise good product just not for me. Maybe using more cubes would do the trick.

    Use them daily in drinks. Try it!

    I love ginger flavor but buying fresh ginger is a hassle to use. These are amazing. I use 2 in my water and drink mixes throughout the day. I highly recommend trying 2 cubes in 16 Oz of water with True Lemon lemonade drink packet. Yum! Also useful in my stir fry recipes. You have to use a few extra to get the same spicy effect as fresh as they have a wesker flavor than fresh.

    Great quality Ginger!

    I love this product but now I Have to come into the store to purchase it. That defeats my purpose of having my order delivered to my car. I love this service and there are items that don’t qualify. This is one of them and It is aggravating, frankly.
