A: If it is full size futon Mattress, any full-size standard sheet should work.

Q: What is the width of the mattress? ANd is this the same coil mattress that is available for individual purchase?

A: The width of the Mattress is 54 inches and yes it can be purchased separated, the coil is the same for all the Mattresess with innerspring.

Q: What are the dimensions? I especially need to know how far it would come out from the wall when the bed is open as I have a very narrow room with a desk opposite where the sofabed would be.

A: The width of the futon when in the sleeping position is 54 inches.
