You Won't Know What You'll Receive If You Order This
Six of my 10 packages show 200g (the entire package) as containing 1 serving of 38 calories. The other four show 200g (the entire package) as containing 2 servings of 16 calories. In other words: There are inexplicably two different packages for the exact same product (and an increase in calories). Which differs from the information and photo presented. Incredibly confusing.

Love Cauliflower - Couldn't Do It
I really love cauliflower. It is one of my favorite vegetables and I could easily eat a pound in a single sitting. I roast it at home often and the smell doesn't bother me. This product though? No, reallly, the smell made me feel ill when I first opened it. I seasoned it after heating, tried serving it with a sauce, but I could not cover that odor. Very rarely do I throw something out after only one or two spoonfuls. But this was awful. I read reviews for different foods saying this same thing all the time and I always think it's so dramatic. I'm not kidding though. This is bad.

So convenient
This is by far the easiest way to have good, fluffy riced cauliflower. I also like the riced broccoli with cauliflower. It's pretty expensive for what you get, but you pay for the convenience. If you're meal prepping, don't even worry about heating it up. Just pack it in containers straight out of the bag!
