I've been buying this for years, but the most recent box I got must have been an off batch. The smell when cooking is totally different and very off-putting, and the taste nearly made me throw up. My husband ate them without getting sick, but admitted they tasted weird.

$1.90 an ounce. $1.90 per ounce. One dollar and ninety cents for one single, teeny tiny ounce of bacon. Raw bacon is $.30 per ounce. Thirty cents! Why not just light your hard earned money on fire instead? Did you know?! You can cook and freeze your own dang bacon! Wow! Amazing! :O Genius! And if this is comparable to "restaurant" bacon, you need to start frequenting better restaurants. This is comparable to the gross little pieces of bacon at fast food. You gotta be outta your mind to buy this.

This bacon did not dissapoint. Great flavor, good texture, and not very salty or greasy. Easy to prepare by just warming up in microwave or pan where I made eggs. It is a good sub for those days when you don't want the mess and just want some bacon. It saves a lot of time and mess - highly recommend! I'm giving it 4 stars ONLY BECAUSE it is not exactly like restaurant style thicker bacon, but overall it is truly great. Will purchae again

I love this product! I’ve never had microwave bacon before so I picked this up on a whim for an easy breakfast for my child. I tasted it and it’s so good! Yes they are quite smaller than uncooked bacon, but they’re so convenient and tastes yummy (trust me, my child turns down sooo many food options so I’m just happy I can start regularly buying this). I obviously prefer a nice thickcut of uncooked bacon to cook, but this literally takes less than a minute to make and it is very reasonably priced, I looked at the name brand microwave versions in the same quantity and they’re way more expensive. I will start buying more of these and making easy BLT’s!

I have purchased other brands of fully cooked bacon many times. I’m never buying this again. 1. This bacon is NOT cooked at all when you open the package. 2. Disgusting white “bacon” with very little meat to even brown it. Thin stripes of just fat. Absolutely gross. Not even photo worthy. Lots of room for improvement.

This bacon works really well for me. We don’t eat a lot of bacon at my house but I like to make omelets once in a while, and this is a quick and easy way to have a few slices of bacon with eggs or on a sandwich. It cooks up well in my microwave, and creates less mess than cooking bacon on the stove or in the oven. So for me this product is a win. One thing to improve: The bacon strips are a little thin and therefore somewhat challenging to separate.

Once again, Target raised the prices of their items, including this bacon. Our local store had the NAME brand for less and this one was more expensive. Somehow the slices seem a bit thinnger too. I KNEW prices were going up when all of a sudden, this product wasn't anywhere to be found. Do better. BTW, make sure you take pics of all the price tags, cause Target is notorious for charging more at the register and not changing out the price tags.
