Q: does it actually matter which of the 2 shots goes in the shampoo vs the conditioner or are both shots the same?
A: Hi Tina! Yes! The 2-pod blister packs are exactly the same, we just labeled 'for shampoo' and 'for conditioner' to ensure it's extra clear how to use them and to remind you to put 1 in each!

Q: Is there a benefit to putting the soothe scalp booster in the conditioner bottle? I usually try to put conditioner only on my hair, not the scalp.
A: Hi Anna, For your specific formula, we recommend applying the conditioner to your scalp and mid-lengths to experience the benefits of the "Soothe Scalp" goal and ingredients, but that you rinse thoroughly afterwards to avoid clogging your follicles. We hope you enjoy! Function of Beauty #beautynerds team

Q: Will this booster make oily hair/scalp more oiler or will it act it as a prevention in a way? I'm worried that it will make my already oily scalp worse. I tried the shine shot and it seems to make it look/feel more oily.
A: Hi Heather, Great question! Our soothe scalp goal helps moisturize and energize your scalp to soothe skin, reduce buildup, and help prevent flakes! Hope this helps! Function of Beauty #beautynerds team
