A Hit!!
My 7 year old granddaughter loves crafts and she dove right in to this kit. Each item is individually wrapped with all the pieces, so no sorting or things getting mixed up. Plastic needles for safety. She gets a since of self satisfaction of creating something herself with little or no help. Really a great starter kit for sewing.

Great First Sewing Kit
My son immediately put together items. He is eight years old and enjoys learning to sew. I wish they had more of a variety for boys—as far as color options. Great first sewing kit. Needles and string are larger, so that little people are able to handle the materials better.
