    Terrible vent louvers don't direct air properly.

    I recently bought this air conditioner and the air seems to be quite cold I bought it in October so I just have to wait to see how it will be in the hot summer but it's not very loud now if you're wanting to use a window air conditioner for white noise like I do for sleeping then this might not be loud enough. I used to have a Gree window air conditioner and it was louder but I found it blocked a lot of noise much better and I also like having the fan just on 24/7 because then I don't hear the tinnitus in my ears the ringing because I spend a lot of time in my bedroom where my AC is. The biggest issue with this AC is that the vent louvers for directing the air are terrible. The Gree air conditioner louvers were much better when I angled the louvers a certain way for the air to be directed a certain way that's exactly where the air went with this air conditioner I can push the louvers right over to the one side of the room I still get blasted with air on the other side of the room so the louvers are crappy so just keep that in mind before buying this because if you're picky about where the air is hitting you'll probably need to buy a deflector.

    Won't go below 64

    It will only go down to 64 degrees as the lowest setting. Our previous one would go to 60, and 64 is not low enough. I would not recommend this unit and would not have bought and installed had I known that.

    Price is affordable and cools quickly

    This a/c window unit is affordable, cools quickly, and blows hard. The only issues are it doesn't have an energy saver feature so it runs all the time even after adjusting the thermostat, and there seems to be a gap in the Styrofoam insulation so rain water, dust, and bugs will eventually get inside. Otherwise it does what I need it to do

Your air conditioner not cooling as expected can be caused by multiple factors including indoor air flow being restricted. Make sure there are not curtains, blinds or furniture blocking the front of the air conditioner. The air filter being dirty has a direct effect on the performance of this unit. Clean the filter at least every 30 days. It is also important to ensure that the appliance is properly sized for your designated room.     Decent AC unit for small spaces

    Purchased to keep my pets cool in this humid, heat. Installation was a breeze. Its noisy. Airflow output is fantastic and cools quickly and efficiently. Wish the remote lit up and had extra buttons to adjust the temperature. I find myself adjusting settings on the product because the remote is a bit lacking. I like that it removes the humidity from the area which has helped immensely. Other than that, decent product. Would purchase again.
