Description

The LG LW8017ERSM1 is not only cool...it's SMART! Cool your home from anywhere using LG ThinQ technology to control your air conditioner with your phone or use with Amazon Alexa and Hey Google to have control with the sound of your voice. This quiet unit is ideal for cooling medium rooms up to 350 sq. ft. The unit has 3 cooling and fan speeds and a 24 hour timer to create a cooling schedule. 4-way air deflection lets the flow of air be directed where it's needed most whether cooling, dehumidifying or just circulating air. If there is a power outage, the auto restart feature will automatically turn your unit back on when power is restored. Other features include a remote control, easy window installation kit, slide-out (washable) filter and a check filter alert.

Q: How easy is this to access and be able to clean the coils? I know it has a removable filter, but I'm co corned about the coils getting moldy. Also. Is it easy to install?

    Didn't last long

    This product lasted 3 years before locking up in fan mode. Never really got really cold air to come out even at lower temp settings.

    If you need a bedroom window A/C unit - this is it

    I am pleased with my new LW8017ERSM1 a/c window unit. It is one of those things that you think what took me so long to replace the old one. It is quiet, efficient, airflow is good, and best of all cools room well. So far so good. It was also easy to install.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did take this out, install and use for a few days that it got warm here and in the time I got to use it, it is the best window unit I've ever owned. Easy to install and cool room quickly and quietly! Seems to be much more energy efficient as well, since it cools without overvworking it. Love that i can controll from my Google or app on my phone and turn on from anywhere. Another cool feature is if power goes out, AC turns itself back on when power is restored. If you looking for a new AC unit, this is the one!

Cools our entire main floor of our house. It’s 8000 but’s and was designed for a medium sized room so we are impressed. It has a setting that regulates the temperature that we set , which is also a great feature. I would highly recommend this air conditioner.

    Humidifier Function Is Awesome

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item a month ago and I am somewhat not convinced of a happy purchase!First off the A.c came damaged with dents luckily I purchased insurance and took pictures, the ac is great and very powerful but the Thin Q program isn’t very effective and isn’t very smart , it is a hassle to connect Bluetooth or Wi-Fi with your device and was complicated to install , this device is great but to run it with Thin Q Program is very Complex and frustrating at times , I do recommend this device but if you’re trying to use This device smart Thin q program I wouldn’t recommend it .
