This bulb fits the description of bulb needed for candle warmer, but it doesn’t get hot enough. Do NOT buy for candle warmer.

Sent Wrong Bulb
I purchased this because I needed an exact replacement for a 385 lumens bulb & that's what is in the listing and photo on this site. However as you can see by my photo I received 500 lumens instead. And reading reviews it seems like this is a common mistake. I have asked for a replacement so hopefully it is correct the second time, but it is frustrating to deal with this when there are other complaints about the same issue. FYI- there are multiple matching bulbs in the appliance I purchased this for so changing the brightness of one would look terrible, but changing them all would be quite expensive.

Pop Goes the LED!
Did not last very long. I have a bulb of a different brand that's still going strong and I install it before the two of these. After about 2 years, they both popped (literally).

Not for wax warmers!
The item I got was different than what is shown online. The lumens and wattage were different, but it was a GU10 bulb still. I was confused about that. Also, these DO NOT WORK for candle/wax warmers. They don't emit heat. I wish I had known before purchasing.

Great Bulbs (NOTE: Different Lumens!)
One thing I love about these bulbs versus halogens: they don't emit any heat, which is great for the overhead structure in my room! These bulbs have the PERFECT tone for clarity, not too yellow nor too white. They are honestly perfect. However, note that they do not dim very much (enough, but not a lot) and that the ACTUAL lumens of this bulb are 430, NOT 385 (this was a nice surprise, as more lumens = brighter lights)!

These are a good value and give off a nice light - bright, warm, but not too yellow. I am a landlord and frequently need to change halogen bulbs. The long life of these LEDs should save time and money.
