If warming in the microwave; Remove Foil Seal completely and discard, Heat on high for 15 seconds in microwaves up to 1500w, Stir. I mix this purée and vanilla yogurt into mini popsicle molds and freeze as healthy treats in this hot weather for my 8month old,4 year old and even my 9year old still loves Gerber purée.
