i used to buy GHD product long time ago in Beauty Salon stores . After they closed down . Forgot about it to be Honest . I have been searching for Hair straightener and asked Chat GPT and when It popped up that’s when I remembered the quality of product GHD has . so happy with My purchase !! Will continue be regular Customer.

do not buy this product! whatever they did to the new version it rips out your hair. Try to straighten hair, once pass, two passes, every single time it will take 1 to 3 strands of your hair in the grooves and rip it right out of your head. it is a complete waste of money and you will go bald.

I am not sure if I like this straightener or not. There isn’t a way to adjust the heat. It’s always the same. I have used this a few times and I don’t feel as if it straightens as well as my T3 did.

This iron: Does not straighten efficiently Needs multiple passes, increasing damage Leaves hair uneven and tangled Provides no long-lasting results Gentle heat alone is useless if the iron cannot actually straighten hair properly. Conclusion: Not worth the high price. Causes frustration rather than results. Rating: 2/5

The style, best quality and luxe design and packing

I got a good black Friday deal on this, but I honestly would’ve paid full price. I’ve already noticed a huge difference in my hair. It feels so much softer easily the best straightener I’ve ever used.

I purchased my 2nd GHD Platinum + Flatiron on 11/27/25. The delivery was quick and everything was in tack. I made the purchase because of my 3 year relationship with my 1st Platinum which I purchased 11/2022. While ,my 1st Platinum still works, I decided to buy another while it was on sale for the holidays. I wanted to be sure to get the same since my first worked so well. IF ONLY it worked as well, I would've been another satisfied customer. My 2nd Platinum did not get as hot as the first one. I didn't understand it. I tried it a second time and still, not as good as the 1st one. The 2nd GHD pulled my hair as well. I gave 4 stars because I'm still happy with my 1st purchase (which may last a little longer). I'm hoping the next version will live up to my 1st Flatiron. Unfortunately, I had to return my 2nd purchase yesterday. I hope the return process will be seamless. If only the 2nd GHD Platinum + was like my 1st.

I love the platinums but the white especially, catches strands of my hair and pulls them out when I am straightening the back. Also, my platinums stop working after two years. They start beeping and stop warming up. It is so frustrating because they are so expensive. It is still my favorite straighter.

I spent a fortune for this flat iron and I'm very disappointed. It straigthen, but my hair appears much coarser than even with a much less expensive one.

Catches on my fine hair. On/off noise is annoying. The cord is also not as nice as my 25 yr old one. Heats up fast and smooths hair well.

This flat iron leaves my hair feeling smoother. I love how quickly it heats up and no guessing on temperature control.

There are cracks near the plates and it rips out my hair so bad! It also didn’t smooth my hair, and I had to go over sections multiple times to get it how I wanted. Once I was done my hair immediately poofed again and all my styling was gone. For $200 I am EXTREMELY disappointed! Mind you I used this on next day hair that was already blow dried and smoothed. Not even my natural waves/curls! Returned!

I bought this a month ago and really enjoy the product. It heats up in seconds which saves a lot of time especially when you're in a rush. I bought this straightener mainly because I could also curl my hair and it does work but it's definitely a learning curve. I'm still getting used to the right technique but overall it's a solid product! I would recommend it to anyone especially since my hair stylist also uses it.
