The plates don’t meet evenly. To straighten, you’ll have to take very small sections and straighten at the end of the product. Also, leaves hair frizzy and not smooth.

Ehh it's okay
it works but does not last, when I straighten it in the morning my hair holds for about 20 minutes then starts Curling agian even after heat protection and highest setting.

I bought this flat iron 2 years ago and it works good. My hair is to the middle of my back. You have to part small sections and glide it slowly 2 times- I use it on high cus of my roots lol use heat protectant before flat ironing :) and make sure you unplug it after it’s turn off. Other than that - very good quality for $21

Either defextes or flawed product
I thought the way this flat iron glides was weird and felt loose so I looked at it and realized the two plates don’t line up. I don’t know if I picked up a defected piece or they are all like that. I don’t feel like getting a replacement so I’ll just return it.
