Q: Is this supposed to be used on wet hair or dry hair? Also is it a thermal blow drying brush? Which would be used for dry hair.

Q: My question is how do you curl your hair with it or even get it to cling to your hair to turn it under? All it does for me is dry my hair and glide through it. My other hair dryer clings to my hair.
