Love this line of hair care tools. I bought this one to replace the exact one that I had for the past six years. I did order this. However this is not what I received. The one I received had black plates. Does not glide easy. I own 8 of your tools I was replacing one that I bought years before. Was very disappointed!

Disappointed
Had to replace my old lange flat iron and decided to go with this one because it was slightly bigger. It does not straighten the thinner parts of my hair at all and pulls out hair when I run it through the thicker parts of my hair near the top of my head. I would not purchase this flat iron from lange again. Maybe I should have just re purchased the old one I had again.

Disappointed
I had the Lange Le Ceramique and it was time to upgrade. I decided to go with the Straight Forward this time and I am disappointed. It does not straighten the ends of my hair that are thinner and it pulls a lot of my hair strands out when I straighten the thicker upper portion of my hair.

Not reliable.
This is my fifth purchase from L'ange. I have been very happy with everything. But I'm having a problem with this flat iron. I think there must be some kind of short in the electrical part. I can't depend on it to heat up. I've tried it on several different outlets wondering if it's my bathroom outlet. But every other appliance heats up or turns on. Sometimes this one will, but more often it won't. I'm limping along with a different flat iron that is of poor quality. I'm hoping L'ange will take care of this for me. I don't want to have to pay to ship it back when it's not my fault that it's finicky.

I purchased this after doing some research on which straightener was best for thick hair and so thankful I picked L'ange! I'll never buy another brand! Also I love that my hair is SO soft and not frizzy after using this and glass hair!
