[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciated the digital temperature control. I’ve had other flat irons with a dial and the numbers rubbed off after a while so I couldn’t see how hot it was. It also heated up pretty fast and the be cord was long.

I have shoulder length hair and it works perfect, it covers a lot of hair so it doesn’t take as long and I love that it has a lock so I don’t accidentally hit the temp. I also love that it shows you when it’s ready and fully heated. Best part is that it has an automatic shut off. Now I’ll never have to freak out after I leave if I accidentally left it on.

I love that they have different temperature options and you can control It. My hair has not being damaged, and the final product is great. I have a wavy hair and when I want to wear it straight it just take me a few minutes with this flat iron. I definitely recommend it!

I have very curly hair and on the lower temp setting, my hair straightened very easily and quickly. Usually it takes me 35-40min to straighten my hair and I used this and was done in 25! There is a lock on the straightener for safety and you can adjust the temperature up or down very easily. The ceramic plates prevented frizz and protected my hair. . I highly recommend!

I like the 2 inch barrel for my long hair. It heated up quickly and retained the heat consistently. I also liked that the barrel was smooth, which meant that I could kind of curl the ends under a little. My only con was the placement of the buttons is a little off for my hand and I kept accidentally changing the temperature when using it!

I love that it has a temperature control button at the bottom, which makes it easy to adjust the heat. Although, I will say that the button can be a bit annoying because I sometimes change the temperature by accident when switching hands. The color and material of the iron are stunning, and I love that my hair doesn’t stick to it while using it. It’s also really affordable, which is a big plus! I definitely recommend this flat iron if you want a quick, polished look — whether it’s for a party or just everyday styling. Just don’t forget to use a heat protectant to avoid damaging your hair.

For some reason, I decided to switch things up and try “more expensive” brands but my hair never looked as good. This new Remington Gloss 2” Flat Iron has brought my hair back to how it used to be! And I’m sooo excited and absolutely in love with this straightener! I love that it has a lock on it. That’s something new and something I love as an added safety measure (especially having a young one around)! I also used to always put the heat up to 450 but this has its “pro temp” set and that’s what I’ve been using and it’s working amazingly well! Remington is the ONLY hair straightener that does NOT pull my hair and my hair doesn’t get stuck at all! It glides through my 2B thick and long hair easily, straightens it beautifully and FAST and gives it a beautiful glossy and shiny look! I can’t say one bad thing about this hair tool! Save yourself some money from the “high end / name brand” tools and grab a Remington!! Works better than any hair tool I’ve ever owned!
