[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t know this tool even existed and now it is my fav one. I’m a hair stylist and I’m always trying new tools and this one is a game changer. Easy to use, does exactly what it needs to do, smooths the roots and give you bounce curls and the same time, the temperature is great, it is very light weight, not difficult to use at all it stays closed and it is easy to clean.

I tried several ways and reread the instructions multiple times. I have naturally curly hair, and it wouldn’t even do loose curls. The assembly seems solid and it doesn’t weigh much.

It works really well and allows me to style my hair a few different ways, mainly curling it and then straightening out any pieces at the end that need it. Sometimes it doesn’t glide as smoothly as I’d like it to but it just requires an additional pass and it’s fine. Having to get the tool so close to my neck I do prefer using this over a regular curling iron.

My hair kept slipping out of the grips for the plates and it wouldn't grab the hair right. I googled to figure out how to wrap and style it, and still it wouldn't work on my hair. I do like the idea of it, the sleek design, the nice features like the power button and temp controls as well as the locking feature and the handy holder that allows you to hold the tip. Im sure its a great product for someone with thick hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice intro to heat tools, As a professional and licensed hair stylist, i was looking for a better and longer lasting curl from this it curled them, but i found myself using my higher quality styling tool to fix them. The plates don’t grip the hair as good as i would have liked either which is more than likely why the curls didn’t turn out the greatest. I will say the knobs to control the heat is super nice though. The top where you’d grab it to turn the hair does get hot and you need to be mindful of where you’re grabbing to not burn your hands!

I don’t need to do more than one pass to get the desired result. My hair is curly in the 3 range and I am in the process of getting it heat trained. My hair lasts at least one full week. I really like the curve of the flat iron as it helps me flip the ends of my hair. I haven’t used it yet to curl my hair but I imagine the results will be good!
