Hair gets sucked into the back
There's no guard on the back so if you have long hair, it will get sucked in. It hurts a lot. Left my hair pretty frizzy after. I've used it twice. I wanted to try the diffuser but I couldn't because my hair kept getting caught in the fan. You get what you pay for.

Died after only 5 months
I've only had this hair dryer for 5 months and it died already. I have a very short pixie cut so don't run the hair dryer for long periods of time. This is the 3rd one I've owned. The first one lasted several years. The 2nd one only about a year but I figured I probably got a dud until this one died. I love the retractable cord but it's not worth having to buy a new hair dryer every few months.

Lightweight and portable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hair dryer is lightweight and easy to handle. Its semi compact size makes it easier to store in a drawer. The cord is a nice length. The only reason it didn't get a five star rating is because you can't remove the cover over the screening filter. Every hair dryer needs to clean that area out periodically. This hair dryer will require you to use a brush to lift the lint from the screen.
