I have never found any dryer to work on my hair the way this one does. I am IN LOVEEEEE!!! It does such a good job and my hair is SO SOFT. Best blow dryer I've ever used and I love all of the attachments.

I’ve had this dryer for about a year and during that year, I only used it once a month if best. I noticed it doesn’t heat up as much as what it did when I first bought it thus I don’t get that sleek result. And since it doesn’t, thee next day my hair is back to being matted. The teeth on the attachment breaks off on the side which aided in my hair getting ripped out. The most annoying part is that the plug doesn’t stay in the outlet and it constantly comes out so I have to stop what I’m doing and replug it in. I have natural hair, I don’t go by that numbering letter system but when I went into a salon, I was told I had “3b, 4b” hair so if you have “4c” hair, good luck. I would’ve much rather saved more money and just bought a better quality more long lasting dryer.

The best thing about the dryer is the color. There is little power and heat. The attachments are awful. Feel like using doll accessories. Concentrater attachment is too large to do its job. So mad I threw out the box so quickly, it should have gone back asap.

The dryer works great for me; however, the comb tooth’s on therma pik attachment started breaking after 3 months. At first it was just two now it is several and I haven’t been able to get a replacement. It would be nice if you could purchase a therma pik replacement instead of having to buy a new dryer, or to make it out of stronger material so it won’t break so easily. For reference my hair is relaxed straight.
