Q: How do I attach the diffuser/concentrator? The openings for the attachments are slightly oblong and the head of the hair dryer is circular. I feel silly for asking but I can't get them on!

This dryer was DOA. I tried resetting the plug (reset/test buttons) and using different outlets but it never turned on once. I plugged my old dryer back in, the one I intended to replace, and even though it’s not working well at least it’s ON. I highly suspect this new dryer was a return from someone else. None of the parts were held in place by the packaging. Did anyone even check the contents?

Great value and powerful. Not too heavy. I use it with the diffuser for curly hair and on Low it dries my hair in a couple of minutes. I only wish it was 3 speed instead of 2, because Low is still very strong.

I don't like the buttons. I accidentally push them while drying my hair and I frequently plug it in to find it's on button was accidentally pressed while putting it away. My last hair dryer had sliding controls, will need to find one like that again.

This thing could probably blow up a bounce house when it’s on high. I have to use the low setting otherwise my hair is just blowing around getting tangled. I also wish it got hotter. It feels like it’s on warm so it takes a little longer for my hair to dry.

This blow dryer was absolute trash. The high setting blew my hair everywhere. It was so strong and the high temperature was lukewarm at best . I have very thin hair and it took forever to blow dry. it was very loud. This blow dryer is going back to the store.

THis hair dryer works well. It dries it a little faster than my old dryer. It is easy to work. The only thing I don't like is that it knots up my hair. I guess it has more power than I am used to. It works though, and I love the color!

I've had this for about a month. It works well and dries my hair quickly. I'd like to see 3 speed settings instead of just a low and high. It is also a bit heavier. My husband commented how loud this unit is and it is, especially at 6:30 a.m. if he's sleeping on his day off and I'm working. I do use the diffuser and I like that it stays on and does not fall off like my old hair drier. Over all, this seems to be a decent unit with a fair price. We shall see how long it lasts.
