Just like my first Conair!!
My first Conair was probably about 10 years old when it stopped working. So, I searched around and found one just like the first one with the retractable cord (love this feature), and attachments. So glad to find it because I have small hands and most of the 'newer" hair dryers are 4 inch round handles which are too big for my hands. Thank you,,Conair.

I’ve had three of these in the past 4 years. One caught on fire and another quit working after not even a year. Total, I’ve probably bought 5 or 6 of these, and will not be buying again. I’d rather spend more money on a quality product that holds up.

Useless Hair dryer
I would give this product a -4 review if it would allow me too. This is the second one I purchased in a year, I thought maybe the first one was a fluke so I purchased another one, both dryers worked fine turned it on the next day to use it and it won’t power up, this last one I took back to Target for a refund and was told no that it was out of the warranty to bring it back, I will admit it was out by 7 days. Needless to say to say I will not purchase another one & it will make me think twice about shopping at Target again.

Long lasting, everyday use dryer. I purchased mine from Target 11 years ago…. Have not experienced ANY issues with cord retraction. Definitely got my money’s worth!!! The attachments meet the essentials and have held up great.

It doesn’t seem to be constructed as well as my old one and the airflow doesn’t seem to be as strong. It gets the job done and I’m happy with it. I would buy it again, especially if it holds up as my old one.

I have used this same model hair dryer for many years now. I had to replace my old one in November after having it for many years and the new one just stopped working after 6 months. I like the dryer since it's lower power since i have this hair that can't handle a high powered dryer.

Buyer beware
I bought this as a replacement for the same product, which I used for years with no problems. Reviews said that this version was not as good as the previous one, and I sure do wish I'd paid attention to them! It's only been 7 mos but the powercord is glitchy and I don't feel safe using it anymore. I have short hair that I often let air dry, and only use the blowdryer once or twice each week for a short time so there's no way this should have worn out so quickly. I was using it exactly the same way as the previous dryer. But this is another example of how it's impossible to find a decent quality item at a decent price anymore.
