Q: Do all three temperatures work on both speeds? I need high blowing capability with cold or warm air, not hot.

A: No, it does not. The "cool" setting is warm. So if you want the air to actually feel cool you have to press -and HOLD- the cold shot button. It's a pain. I am returning it for this very reason. I have very fine, thin hair and need a dryer that actually blows cool air without my thumb getting so fatigued that I have to keep pausing and resting my hand just to get my hair dry.

The hair dryer works fine but after a couple month using it every day for our whole family the paint started chipping. My hands are covered, I find those on my face and hair et it’s extremely hard to get rid of. Waste of money! I’ll try to return even after using it a few months.

White paint flakes off all over my hands every time I use this. Tiny pieces get in my hair and on my clothes. The actual dryer works fine but it’s not worth the headache. Do not buy.

I got this to replace another conair. It does the job and is lightweight. The cord is shorter and the power not great. I haven't tried to blow out my curls with it yet. But it fluff dries well.

It flakes white paint? Definitely agree with thr other comments. White paint of some sort flakes off into your hands legs clothes ect.
