Takes forever to dry hair and leaves it frizzy. I had to use a straightener after.

This is not a hair dryer. It is also for extremely fine hair, like a little girl. Not thick hair. The dryer is very low power, with little air coming through. It just frizzes hair out. The heat is lukewarm. Not hot enough to straighten. My hair straightener with the plates, is too hot to touch, you'd burn your skin. In fact, that came with a little glove to protect your hand because it gets so hot. This? hahaha. No glove needed. I was able to touch the metal. In fact, you'll waste double the time because after frizzing your hair out, you then have to use the hair straightener to straighten it out. Useless, I will be returning it. I really wish products wouldn't resort to fake review. All it does is cause people to buy something, use it, and then return it. Then the product cannot be resold, and the company loses money on the unsold, wasted product. How is that good for any company? For customers? It's a waste of time and money.

I honestly am not impressed. I’ve had dryers that dried my hair a lot quicker. This one seems to not dry my hair evenly at all. I’m so disappointed.

It made my hair's completely shiny and smooth to the very ends . And I'm a stylist and my brushes that I use on people Doesn't give that finish of shine it's an amazing brush for shine I bought it for myself it's a bit bottom heavy but that's where the the motor is excellent purchase I just used it once it took me less than 15 minutes my hair is way past my shoulders so shiny

Disappointing way too heavy way too large for my arthritic, right hand in arm.

It came with hair on it when I received it. They wouldn’t even give me a discounted price. They want me to print the label and return it. Lame company
