The TYMO VOLUMIZER Hot Air Brush is a professional one-step hot air brush that can be used as a blow dryer, volumizer, straightener, and curler. It features a titanium coated barrel to protect hair from over-styling and the millions of negative ions reduce frizz and static. The titanium barrel and iONIC technology create volume at the root and sleekness along the hair shaft; while a mix of long and short bristles detangle, smooth, and minimize breakage. The short-tufted bristles add extra lift and help detangle hair, while the longer nylon pin bristles provide anti-scald protection while massaging the scalp. The 1200W powerful motor efficiently dries wet hair and the 360° vent offers a 50% bigger drying area to dry hair fast and create salon long-lasting hairstyles in minutes. Various temperatures range from 115°F to 210°F for styling flexibility. The three settings are low heat with high speed, medium heat with low speed, and high heat with high speed. The VOLUMIZER has a 360° swivel cord for convenience and ease of use. The TYMO VOLUMIZER Hot Air Brush will deliver salon styles in minutes with volume from root to tip. So-So
I have a revlon and decided to try the tymo brush. My hair is waist length, thick, and curly (I’m Dominican) revlon gives me the Dominican blow out look, no complaints. Tymo on the other hand, took way longer to dry my hair, the hairs kept getting stuck between the ridges and breaking off, it did not give me the same blow out effect as the revlon does. With revlon, it lays my hair down, I never need a flat iron and zero frizz. I wanted to give this a try, thinking it would be better than revlon since it is a much wider barrel but it was a waste of money and time. My hair came out semi decent, frizzy at the root.

This brush is magic for my wavy frizzy hair. I part my hair in sections and the brush dries, straightens and eliminates frizz in 1/2 the time it takes me to blow dry it and flat iron. I would not say it creates great volume but it has been amazing and straightening and smoothing my hair.

Big volume for thin hair
I’m usually way too lazy to write reviews, but I am just so impressed with this thing! Due to autoimmune disease and being 6 months postpartum I have thinner hair than any woman I know, but this dryer gives so much volume. Way more than my old dry-my-hair-upside-down routine. Was also happy my hair didn’t get really tangled in the brush in the process since it’s long and straggly at the moment. I know there are much nicer versions of this tool, but for the price it definitely does the job.

Bombshell volume on very thin hair
Woo hoo Bombshell volume. Section is must. I saw it online and I had to try it. I have curly to see curl hair and I always have to blow it out and straighten but this did two and one in it. I’m so amazed at the results.

Garbage quality
I bought this yesterday and after using it one single time the bristles are bent out of shape and splayed. I didn’t have high hopes for longevity since it’s cheap, but I figured I’d at least get 6 months out of this dryer. It’s basically single use. Halfway through the bristles were so bent they were actually tangling my hair into knots. So disappointing, buy literally any other brand.
