Still works great!
Knock on wood, our gate opener is still working perfectly after four years. One of the only things that hasn't already broken down in the four years since we built our house. That means more than I can possibly express.

What no party mode?
Programming was easy peasy, but did not realize that the party mode was not included on the three button remote. Fortunately the cell phone app and multi connect address the issue

These remotes are not great. I don't know if it is the remote or the receiver but I have done all the stuff they recommend to extend the antenna but it is still not great.

It would make a great, high-quality hot dog.
If this were a hot dog, I would eat it plain. Without a bun. Unfortunately it’s only a high-quality gate opener accessory. Works better than the other brand I had to replace twice. Not so “mighty” from my experience. Good luck! But don’t eat it. It’s not a hot dog.

Remote
The remote button is very touchy about finger placement on the button. I have to push button multiple times and place my thumb at different spots on the button to make it work. Sometimes I just give up and use the keypad or a different remote, I have two other remotes that work perfect but this new one is erratic.
