    These remotes are not great.

These remotes are not great. I don't know if it is the remote or the antenna, I extended it and did all the things they say to try and the reception is still not very good.

    Great "other user" opener remote

Lost one of the master remotes and needed to replace it, but instead saw this as an option so I bought two. It's really the logical solution for all that just need to open and close the gates and it just happens to be waterproof. Have them now mounted on the quad handlebar and the wife has the other in her Dangerboat (The Tick fans, anyone?). The quad mounted one has been going through the passes and it's great like all other Ghost Controls products thus far. Need a Ghost remote? Just get this one and save the master for programming IMO.

The remote doesn't work consistently from 30 feet.

    Works as Expected

Works as expected, (once programmed.) I would recommend some different mounting options of you're using in an ATV, UTV or SxS as the mounting brackets are pretty much cheap junk but otherwise it works as expected and haven't had any issues.

    Seems waterproof so far.

I just hung it on a fence post out by the gate so we could get out when walking the dogs. So far it’s working great!

Just What I Was Looking For!

As you may have heard, it rains a little bit in the Pacific Northwest and riding a motorcycle can be a moist experience. I have constantly struggled with what to do with my gate and garage remotes, as they are not generally too tolerable of being exposed to a sheet of water at 60mph and putting one in my tank bag meant I had to stop, take off my gloves, open the bag, press the remote, close the bag, and then put my gloves on again before riding through the gate… This remote solved all my problems! The well built, solid mount attaches within easy reach to my handlebar and I don’t have to worry about it getting wet! Thank you!

So glad I added this to my order

I mounted this in my carport so I can always open the gate, even if the cars are gone. Very convenient.

    Weatherproof remote. Great idea!

Very nice clicker. We are using it as an exit button for the gate. We mounted it inside an electrical box on a post and it works perfectly. Very easy to teach it the code from an existing remote.

    Perfect solution

This water resistant remote is just what I need to mount on my garage door. I walk from my house a short distance in the morning and evening, to open, then close my gate for the day. The remote is approximately 450 feet from the opener. It was easy to program with the "learning" feature. Ghost is a top notch company.

    Excellent remote

I like that this remote is water resistant. I have the remote attached to my lawn mower with Velcro. Super handy to have on the mower. I also have Velcro on my jeep dash. So I can move it from the mower to the jeep.

    Works as described

These remotes are expensive but they work as stated. No issues with this water resistant one or the regular ones. Long battery life.
