Wonderful story, horrible physical book.

First off this book is one of my favorite series and I rate the story a 4.5 stars…my issue is with the book itself. The picture makes the edges look gilded but in reality they are a flat greenish yellow that is incredibly ugly. Really detracts from the book. The story is about a golden woman…the pages should be properly gilded for the price paid.

Beautiful Book and Fantastic Series!

I absolutely love this series! It's very slow paced, so it's not for everyone, but loved it so much. This first book had me hooked almost immediately, so when new editions of series were announced, I knew I had to have them. And they did not disappoint! The dust jackets are very pretty but the actual cover is absolutely beautiful! And those gold sprayed edges!!!
