The fabric side for flat surfaces ripped off on my first use. It didn't slide super easily either.

These Discs Are More Drag Than Slide
I bought these discs to use on a carpeted floor but they do not slide well at all. The logo on the plastic side is raised and catches on the loops of my carpet so the disc stays still and my foot slides off of it. I tried them barefoot, with shoes and with yoga socks that have silicone dots on the soles. I also tried to use the foam side on hardwood floors. They do not work well there either, a lot of grab with no glide. They are useless.

We are sorry to hear this and recommend wiping the discs down with 50/50 solution of water and vinegar. This will remove any dirt or ink residue and make them slicker.

Don't Remove The Orange Sticker
Overpriced for what it is. But serves the purpose. One of the discs has an orange sticker explaining what side to use on carpet. I attempted to remove the sticker and the adhesive left a sticky mess and now just attracts fuzz and looks gross.

No grip, doesnt work on carpet.
There’s no real grip for your feet or shoes with these. I tried them on carpet and they suck. Made my workout 🏋️♂️ difficult as heck. I took them To the park to try them on grass and still, no success. I seen someone comment to try them on a yoga mat. We shouldn’t have to make an additional purchase to get these to do their job. I wouldn’t recommend. It took forever to get my workout done with these .

Not For Some Surfaces
A little rough on the knees but it's alright. This does not work on CARPET, TILE OR WOOD. This has to be used on a surface that has friction between it's smooth bottom and something else, like a yoga mat! Works 100 percent on a yoga mat.
