Not normal bobby pins — NOT AS PICTURED
Despite the product photos, these aren’t ordinary bobby pins with one rippled side and one straight side (as shown in the right in my photo). These are rippled on both sides with a wide spread at the open end of the pin, so that they will poke your scalp regardless of which way you face them.
