Would give these a zero if I could, DON'T BUY. Bought around a month ago and while they do the job the paint is already flaking off and the metal circle at the tip gets stuck on my hair and pulls it out. Wouldn't really but again but would appreciate if the metal circle was sealed better.

Junk-Diminished quality
I have same brand for years. Look like new, just needed more. Ordered these in black. As soon as you snap open to remove from packaging, the painted coating just chips off. Totally thin and crappy. Disappointed because I love my old ones. The metal is thicker and stronger. Has better hold. And the metal is brown, not painted/coated in brown. These are dollar tree quality.

Paint always scratches off. This is my third time buying a pack and will be my last because the black paint always ends up coming off, which then gets into my hair and onto everything and then just become silver when my hair is dark.
