They ARE good Bobby Pins, but I think not so much for arthritic fingers. They are a bit different than what I expected. They are shaped a bit differently than your average Bobby Pins. I did realize when I purchased them that they were curved instead of just straight with the ridges like the regular ones, but they work well.

I have wavy/curly hair that’s normal (not thin or too thick) I bought these to pin back side fringe and only brand in the aisle. These are the worst, they are not like the normal bobby pins with the groves on one side/prong, both prongs are smooth, it’s flimsy, and barely hold any hair. Like most other reviews on here, do not buy these.

I wasn’t expecting to see so many bad reviews, these are the only Bobby pins I’ve used for years!! They are so much more comfortable than a regular pin with how they shape to the curve of your head. They do slide sometimes but I prefer that over having my hair ripped out every time I take my hair out
