I always struggle finding hair clips that my hair doesn't just slide out of because I have fine hair but I didn't experience that with this clip. It has little prongs throughout the inside of the claw clip that kept my hair in place for hours, even after a fresh wash. It's really sturdy and a good size that it holds all of my hair, even the smaller pieces. I was nervous because I've had plastic claw clips break, but this one actually seems sturdy enough that it won't break when i'm trying to make sure my hair is secured.
