[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this portable cooling neck fan! It’s nice and does the job to help cool you down when I you need it too. I gave it a rating of “good” instead of “excellent” because it claims to be quiet but it’s not. You can definitely hear the motor running and it’s loud in my opinion. Also, I didn’t realize when I purchased it that the actual fan slots are only located along the sides of the neck fan and don’t go all the way around to the back of the neck as well. It’s just my preference to have a cooling fan go all all the way around it but other than that, it does work nice and helps to keep us cool.

I purchased this neck fan to help minimize the heat while playing Pickleball or going boating. It cools the neck and lower head area which is greatly affected by the sun outdoors.
