[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love this Arctic Air cooling fan! The fans are great at cooling my face and under my chin. The fans are kind of loud. But there is a metal cooling plate on the back of the neck that you can use instead of the fans if the noise bothers you. It takes a minute or two for it to get ice cold, but once it gets there, it cools you down quickly! If you're super hot, you can use both at the same time. There are three speeds to the fan, and of course, the lower you run it at, the less the fan noise! It holds a charge really well. I only had to charge it the following week, and that's after using it almost every day. The only thing I did not like about it, is there are no fan vents on the bottom, like some other models I've seen have. So if you get hot under your shoulders, it doesn't really help with that.

The fan works great. What I love most are the cooling panels that make contact with my neck. Very cold. My one complaint would be that small hairs can get caught in the connections or joints of the device. Luckily, it doesn’t seem as if hair can get caught in the fans easily.

The fan itself isn't too loud and is very light weight and easy to use, which makes it an enjoyable addition to my long walks with my dog down in the heat of the south. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Artic Air is lightweight and is the best way to stay cool in the summer! I let my dad use it while doing yard work and he loved it. It has 3 different speeds and it’s easy to charge. And it stays charged for up to 6 hours!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Arctic Air Freedom touch is easy to operate. It came with a USB c cord to charge. Initially it took 30 mins to fully charge. The power button blinks while it's charging and remains solid when complete. There's a metal plate on the curvature of the product that feels cool to the back of your neck. Both settings felt good and it does sound like there's a fan right in your ear. It's not super loud but could be distracting if you're using it while on a phone call or online meeting. The buttons were a little awkward bc I can't see them and trying to feel them caused me to push the wrong one. It does give good air but it's not a cool air always. It's whatever air is around you. If it's hot then it's circulating hot air. Overall, I think it's a cool invention for hot outdoor activities like theme parks, baseball games, etc.

I like that it’s a light color as I’ll be using it outside. The fan has 3 speeds, and puts out cold air. There’s also a cooling plate on the back that feels nice. I’ll definitely be using it this summer! It’s easy to charge as well. I’ll use it in my backyard but I can see it being used at outdoor events as well.

The plate that sits on the back of your neck gets quite cold. It’s quiet. I don’t know how long the battery lasts but I can’t imagine it would last an entire 8 hour shift in a hot situation at work.
