I am very dismayed at this point. I did not appreciate the way I was treated by customer service upon calling to report an issue. I am the consumer regardless of my race, gender, religion, etc. Because some races cannot separate their personal feeling from professionalism, Target should invest in customer service training to teach their staff how to interact with customers. Being a Black woman, I can easily detect prejudice/bias in a person’s tone. I do not appreciate people who don’t know me being condescending or less helpful than they can be, possibly because of personal preferences. I had to drive to the store (I45 /Holzwarth in Houston, Texas) to resolve my issue. Perhaps, you (Target) have hired inexperienced customer service phone staff, but the results of your hiring practices should never have negative consequences for customers.

It does not take long to charge, but the battery lasts for over 8 hours on low speed. It does have 5 speeds available. It is compact enough to take everywhere. The only modification I made was to add a piece of electrical tape to the display as the light was bright.

Best Portable Fan I’ve Ever Bought
I absolutely LOVE this fan! It is super strong and powerful, especially for a portable fan. Living in south Louisiana, we need a fan basically 24/7, and this one has been a lifesaver in the heat. I constantly get asked where I bought it because everyone who sees it loves it too. It’s definitely worth the price, and the battery lasts great. My husband loved mine so much he ended up stealing it for work, so now I need another one!
