This was terrible. It appeared to have chicken in it but when you took a bite, it felt like eating air. Upon closer examination, it was not pieces of chicken like if you broke down a whole chicken but some sort of pressed and shredded conglomeration of tasteless white meat. Sauce was flavorless, as was the rice. Threw away half the pain. Worst meal I’ve can remember having. Would be zero stars if I could.

This was an impulse buy and I’m so glad we did! We recently had a baby and have 0 time to cook much; decided to try this on a whim when we saw it on display and it turned out much better than I thought. I’m not someone who eats freezer meals and I’ve been burned by “heat and eat” meals from other stores before. This tasted great! It’s not Michelin Star material by any means, but definitely a step above TV dinners. I recommend grabbing some (or making some) pico or salsa or queso to go with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't hate them. It tasted like standard Tex-Mex restaurant enchiladas which I don't mind because you do get a sizable amount for the price. It was enough to have two adult meals and two lunches and typically you would be paying double the price for that much food if you go to a restaurant. Is it generic? Yes. Is it authentic? No. But is it edible? Yes. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rice was pretty soft. I mean I think honestly the enchiladas got better as it aged. Eaten fresh, it was just mediocre but by day two you could taste a little bit more of the peppers and some of the seasonings and cheese. Everything kind of like melted in and simmered into the rice. Which made them taste a little bit better by the third day. It's a solid option when you don't want to cook. I received an incentive to write this review.
