Amazing!
Found myself breaking out because I wasn't properly removing my sunscreen. Found this during a spontaneous visit and decided to give it a try. Instantly noticed my skin feeling cleaner and my pores have been minimized and my oily skin kept in place. Really great product and certainly recommend for super sensitive skin.

For those looking for a Clean ingredient, Cruelty free, fragrance free Cleansing balm this is a good option. It removes makeup, SPF layers, and excess impurities from the skin. I loved using it as a slip layer for dermaplaning, and it did NOT itritate my skin or eyes. However With the price point of nearly $40 (almost $12 per oz), not effectively removing mascara, and leaving a film on the skin when it shouldn't, I wouldn't repurchase.

Great product
Wasn't a big fan of any cleansing balm but this one is perfect for me! Feels great on the skin- a little goes along way. Light and the fragrance is super nice.

I loved this instantly! I had been using oil but it wasn't removing my makeup. I tried Farmacy cleaning balm and noticed a HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! I have very sensitive skin and this didnt bother me!

Takes of makeup and leaves face feeling clean, but not dry
I love this balm! I have been using Vaseline to take my make up off since I was in high school, which worked by always left a greasy residue - not this stuff! Takes make up off gently, but efficiently and leaves skin feel soft and oh so clean!

Miss the old formula
I hate that they reformulated it. It was the perfect no residue, balm to oil remover. Now instead of turning into an oil it turns a bit more greasy, kind of reminiscent of petroleum jelly. It's still a good product, but not perfect.

My favorite makeup remover
I've used a few viral makeup remover products (marketing works on me 😅) and this one has been my favorite. It feels good on the skin and always takes the make up off without issue. Just to be transparent: I don't use setting spray. So I don't know how this would work against that.

Awful reformulation
This product was my go-to for years. The new formula smells, its waxy, it barely melts makeup, and its difficult to remove. The old formula was a dream. I will never purchase this product again.

Don't get me wrong. this is still a good product but compared to the original formula it feels like I waisted my money. I'll still use it because I bought it, but I have a few complaints. One I don't think they had a fragrance-free version originally but now it burns my eyes when it for sure didn't before. (I assume the fragrance free one won't have this problem but I didn't have this issue with the original product) It also takes a while for the product to fully emulsify, and I was rubbing a lot to get all of my makeup off. also, they had a price increase on the new formulation which always annoys me especially if the product is "worse". It works but there are better products for cheaper. it's not terrible but i wont purchase again.

I loved the original product and had been using it for several years. It went on smoothly and washed off easily. Now all this new version does is smear my makeup all over my face and when I try to wash it off it feels like petroleum jelly. It's gross. I have always double washed even with the original product but this new version makes me have to triple wash. I will be returning it and looking for something else. Farmacy ruined a good thing.

I am so glad I asked the associate for a recommendation on a cleansing balm and she pointed out this one. It makes my face feel so clean and yet moisturized once rinsed off. It will definitely be part of my daily routine.

The best for makeup removal and double cleansing!!
I absolutely love this cleansing balm. I have been using this since 2020. It dles a great job removing my mascara and any makeup i have on. It also is great to use as my double cleanser. I have never had any breakouts from using this. Its really good at cleansing my skin. I use it 2 times for rne week. Follow with a gel cleanser.

Skin looks so hydrated
Been using for a week or two as part of my beauty regime when getting home from work. I love how easy it takes my makeup off and my skin looks so hydrated! Definitely a keeper and reasonably priced.

This product was kindly gifted by farmacybeauty. This is a really good making removing balm that is gently yet effective on the skin. That being said it's pretty standard and doesn't do anything special. It works well but there are cheaper options

This is one of my favorite cleansing balms I've tried. I love the sensory experience of using it, it has a lemony herbal scent. The formula is really good at removing makeup, and isn't difficult to rinse off at all. Gifted by Farmacy.
