Q: I would like to order this machine . But is this good for helium quality ballons like does this machine make my balloons float in the air ?

A: Yes. It works fine with "helium quality balloons." Does it make them float? Not unless you place them above it in the airstream to make them float. A gadget this size that's capable of nuclear fission for dispensing helium would be quite an accomplishment. Sadly, not in this century.

A: The instruction sheet says not to, but I don't see any reason why not. I suppose because mylar self-sealing valves can be flimsy.

Balloon enemy lol
Air escapes from the sides, won’t fill up smaller balloons. Popped the one balloon I got it to fill up and it’s LOOUUUDDDD
