With six speed settings and 18,000 oscillations per minute (OPM), the compact, lightweight Greenworks POWERALL 24V Cordless Oscillating Multi-tool is great for sanding wood, cutting plastic and metal, sawing holes in drywall, polishing, scraping, removing tile adhesive, and more. The tool is not working. The bolt that holds accessories falls out, after you secure it, the tool works for 20 sec and then stops.

Using this multi-tool kit for a tiling project and it is AMAZING! The scraper tool effortlessly peeled the previous flooring off the subfloor. I also purchased a diamond-blade to cut through cement-board with some precision cuts needed for this particular job. Can't wait to purchase additional tool attachments for it.

I followed the instructions and watched the available videos, but the clamping plate doesn't move.

Hello Steven T, Sorry to hear about this issue. Please make sure that the clamping plate is placed well into the holder of the machine, otherwise you cannot spin the quick release lever.
