Great for a better sleep
I have tried other formulas that calm the heart, but this one also strengthens the spleen. I am sleeping more deeply. I take 8 pills before breakfast and 5 before dinner. Thank you Active Herb for your high quality formulas and excellent website!

Effective for sleep and energy
I have been buying and taking this for many years. I typically take 1-2 times a day with the suggested dosage - always helpful for better sleep and more energy! I recently tried taking the SpleenVive with another TCM called "Zhi Gan Cao Tang", which I would suggest ActiveHerb add to the product list. Found the combo really helps with slow heart rate and overall energy.

Gui Pi Greatness
I decided to give it a try after reading the reviews and trying another brand and I must say I am genuinely impressed how this actually works. After about a week or so I started to feel a sort of happiness and energy to do something like my hormones changed. I’ve been able to keep a more calm mind and not be so stressed out and it’s helped me out with school. Will continue buying more and spreading the word.

Spleenvive
I have been taking Spleenvive and Yinvive Eyes for a Spleen deficiency and a Yin Deficiency that was affecting digestive issues and my vision. I have definitely experienced improvement with my vision and previous mild eye dryness as well as improvement with digestive issues like bloating after meals.
