[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor of this ice cream is amazing!! perfect salty sweet mix, almost like butter pecan base. the reason i chose 4 stars is because the cookie chunks in it are cooked not dough and kind of have a dry weird texture. other than that so so yummy!

I do think the cookie pieces don't have a ton of flavor and it could use a little more salted brown butter in the actual ice cream. Overall, I would definitely buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family happily agreed to try Haagen-Dazs' NEW "Salted Brown Butter Cookie" 14 oz Ice Cream in exchange for our feedback. Well, that carton of sweet goodness has won not only my heart but my whole family's! Based on the flavor name, I didn't have high expectations, another cookie chocolate combo, but the butter note was surprisingly strong in a really savory way. For my husband and I, it landed somewhere between butter pecan and cookie dough, but without the 'dough' note. The cookie is a flat 'biscotti' type texture and pairs nicely with the square chocolaty chunks. It's rich, but not sickening. As far as price, it is steep, but I will add that the flavor is unique enough to deserve a try, and the flavor quality is worth a repeat! We definitely were left craving more once it was gone, but don't just take it from us parents. Our very young children spoke for themselves with enthusiastic pleas of "I want some more!"

I don’t think the cookie chunks are big enough or taste enough like a cookie. There’s bits of wafer I think in there, some bits of cookie dough, and some salt sprinkled throughout but I was hoping for it to taste like a salted brown butter cookie was crumbled into the ice cream and it just tastes like each of those things were separately mixed into it. It’s haagen dazs so it does taste good but I wouldn’t have it again.
