This chair is super comfy while not being overly soft. It has great support. It’s good quality and was super easy to put together. It took less than 5 minutes. I also really like the option to have the wheels on or off.

It was also easy to maneuver around with the chair because the wheels work great. The lumbar support helps keep me seated with comfort. I just wish it had arm rests to elevate the comfort level.

However, I do wish the back seat had a better way to adjust that isn’t a turn knob. It moves across my floor with no issue. If I were to buy another one I’d get one with arms, as I find myself reaching for them.

It was packaged nicely and came with easy to follow assembly instructions (unlike some other chairs I've put together in the past). The seat is comfortable, and the height is adjustable. I loved that it came with both casters and stationary slides to use. My only negative is I like armrests, which this does not come with. But overall, an excellent chair with adjustability to make it work in many office situations!

It did not come assembled, so when it arrived it required assembly, but the instructions were very straightforward and all tools needed were included. Once assembled, the chair has an adjustable height and is very plush and comfortable. This design comes with no armrests (they are optional on their website, and not included in this review). Personally, I like that, but some people may prefer a chair with armrests. It seems sturdy, very comfortable for a desk chair, and like it will last a long time. I appreciate the plush back- it feels very supportive and prevents a lot of back strain that you may get from sitting at a desk for hours. Great chair, great quality, and made sustainably.

The seat seems to already be breaking down on one side leaving creases in the material. The seat could tip forward in the front a little and drops a little to fast when attempting to adjust height. The back is comfortable but could be higher. Arms are optional and might be a nice addition. It was easy to assemble. Might be great for a dorm chair. Chair comes with optional legs to glide or roll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a chair with regular stilt legs before I received this one, and I was afraid of the former marring my wood panel flooring too much, as it has already made quite a few small, visible scratches. I have to say that this Boss upholstered chair is superior in both comfortability and convenience. I can now roll around with my butt in my chair as much as I want to and not be afraid of my floor being damaged. The seat is also quite wondrous. My butt simply feels more comfortably buttressed, along with my thighs. It's great. The back of the chair is also equally as soft and firmly plush as I'd liked it to be, but I don't quite understand how I can adjust the 'depth' of the back. The ridged tube connecting the back to the seat doesn't seem to be able to be pushed back or anything. By the way, I ordered my chair in black, and it's obviously true to color and I loooove it. Overall, 5 stars. Set up very easy with instruction book and really light to carry around.

It of course has a lever to position the chair up or down to meet your comfort level. Additionally, it comes with both wheels and stationary feet for the bottom of the legs on the chair to ensure it fits your every need! Cushion has great support as well. (My chair came missing its arm rests, or else I would give it a 5/5).
