Hanes Premium Men's Performance Ankle Socks 6pk - 6-12

Socks bunch up at the front of my ankle and create folds that can be uncomfortable with shoes on. There also seems to be excess material in the pinky toe seam. It can be uncomfortable enough where I've had to remove my shoes while out and refit my sock. I'm a size 10.5 so I can only imagine they would bunch up more for smaller shoe sizes. Much less important but relevant, the socks pill significantly compared to other socks I own with similar material. Makes me second guess buying other Hanes socks in the future.

My husband really loves these socks! He said they are super comfortable and don’t ride down on his ankle. They are a great value!

Perfect quality and feel! Light and airy, not too tight can sleep with these on no problem.

my girlfriend wouldn’t wear any other socks. super comfy and thick, very plushy but super soft and great quality. i didn’t notice any shedding or anything. will buy more trying to transform the sock drawer to have just these because they’re that good

If you have shedding animals in your home, I dont recommend these. The hair from walking around gets stuck into the fibers of these socks and holds on for dear life. But the quality it good and they don't shrink. The fabric is a bit weird though. I don't prefer them.

Socks were to tight around my ankles. Most didn't fit some do so idk don't think all were sewn the same

He's a big guy and very particular about his feet, which are size 13. He's in Band and on his feet a lot, so the softness is appreciated. I work a retail job on my feet for 8 hours a day. With these socks, it feels like my feet are constantly sweaty and overheating (not the case with performance socks in some other brands).

The socks held up exceptionally well after a couple of washes. They show no signs of wear or pilling. The one complaint is for sizing--the socks claim to fit sizes 6 through 13. I am a size 8 and the heels of the socks bulge out at my Achilles tendon.

He said they are a thinner sock but still give him the comfort of thick. He does not have so much foot sweat in these. They are great for work, for play, or for at home relaxing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free, multi pack of Hanes Premium X-Temp Performance socks. I found the product to be true to size and comfortable. They do tend to slip ever so slightly after wearing 6 - 8 hrs, if your foot is not on the higher side of the suggested sizing. I wore 1 pair before washing just to see and there were some sock fuzzies. I washed all the others as instructed on the packaging. It's important to read that first, otherwise you will need to go online for washing directions. I also washed each pair inside out. I do this every time. It's not instructed, but I have found that compression socks, in general tend to last longer this way. I got these so that I could wear a compression type sock that was just above ankle level, for work. I shuffle between an office and factory environment, so my previous choicea were expensive, knee high business socks that often cut off circulation, or short, white ankle socks that look silly with dark business, casual slacks. These socks have served as a nice compromise, at a reasonable price.

Nice low-cut design helps keep ankles free from overly tight stitching. Also, the reinforced heel & toe construction add to the long life of staying in good shape, even after several washings. Most importantly, the 'Breathability' design allows heat to be released rather than trapping the body's natural perspiration which keeps them comfortable for all day wear.

We all like them, they look fashionable, and they're the perfect ankle height. But comfort to a varying degree among us: Father LOVES them. He's older, and the socks kept his feet warm. He didn't have to change from thicker socks to thinner just to put on shoes. Husband likes them, but about eight hours into the day, they made his ankles and the tops of his feet itch. Couldn't wait to get home and remove the socks. I like them, too. Comfortable, sporty, fashionable. But they kept my feet hot!
