Q: Does the 27" height listed (for 3-shelf organizer) include the hooks?

A: The box section of the 6-shelf is 54" tall. The hooks take it to 59". I returned the shorter one, but if I remember correctly the hooks were the same and are not included in the total height.

I absolutely loved this as a storage solution - I live in a studio with only one closet. However, I immediately noticed a strong, sour odor. I thought maybe it would go away if I left my closet door open over night, but it didn’t, and I knew I had to immediately get it out of my closet or else my clothes would smell disgusting. Even after I removed it, the clothes hanging next to it smelled bad and had to be washed. I’m really sad because this was exactly what I needed and now I can’t use it and I’m scared that all of my clothes smell icky. Target, do better.

I bought the longer one and two cube bins, I love this. It is made very well and the quality is good all the way to the stainless steel hooks. I placed 20 sweaters, and winter scarves and hats, and the shelves did not buckle or bend. I wish I would have found these sooner. Don't hesitate on these.

This does not include drawers pictured on the packaging. Paid more for this one instead of another brand of equal quality thinking the pictured drawers were included. Got home and found out they are not, and the packaging does not state they are not included. Save money and go with the target brand.

Used two of these for 8 months in lieu of drawers for one son while my kids had to share a room due to a renovation. Both held up really well and have so many shelves, they held a ton of clothes between the two of them. Now that the renovation is done, I'm still using one in one son's closet because his drawers are getting too full. I've also taken one on long trips where I want to be able to unpack all of my clothes but can't rely on there being sufficient drawers available. High quality for what it is and the grey cloth makes it nicer in appearance.

Good value for money. Feels sturdy enough for a $15 fabric organizer. The top shelf can be inverted into the top to make it a 2 larger shelves or three shelves, one large and two small. This feature isn’t on the packaging or webpage. Why wasn’t this advertised? It’s quite useful in providing flexibility on how the product can be used/reused

Not the biggest fan of this. The hooks that go around your closet rods are pretty tight and scratch my closet rods. The storage aspect is good, but not a fan of the hooks so I stopped using it.
