Hardside Medium Checked Suitcase - Open Story™

I only had a small carry-on and large sized suitcases and this is the perfect medium size. I bought it the night before leaving on a trip and it did great, I’m very happy with it!!!

I am so disappointed. I had bought the last version of this luggage in the carry on size when it first came out. It has lasted 4 years through ALOT of wear and tear. I was so happy with it so I decided to buy the next size up! First of all it’s increased in price SIGNIFICANTLY!!! AND it’s not the same quality as before. It’s very cheaply made now. Thank target… so upsetting! A bag that was built to last at an affordable price ranked in popularity so now they found a cheaper way to make it and charge almost triple what it used to cost. I took this bag on ONE trip and the stitching came apart near the zipper enclosure. My clothing was coming out of the bottom through the stitching while rolling in an international airport… and it was just the beginning of the trip! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. TARGET, SHAME ON YOU!

College age daughter loved this! Rolls nicely, and a good amount of storage for a week long summer vacation, without having to check a bag.

Great size, color and quality.

We bought this suitcase for our daughter going to a camp. It was perfect, fit a weeks worth of clothes for all kinds of weather!

I did not receive the luggage that was ordered. The luggage was not left with the front desk of the hotel

I ordered this suitcase for a cruise and loved everything about it until the wheel started falling off the next day and was completely gone by the time I arrived home.

It would have been a nice suitcase; however it broke the first trip I used it on! The handle wouldn’t stay up, so that was annoying. Also I did not like not having some kind of outside pocket for small things, but that wasn’t a huge deal for me. It also did get scratched up a bit from the bagage carousel. I did really like the inside though. I liked the middle divider, it was a great use for space, overall. Plenty of room for clothes, shoes, a small fan, etc. Target customer service was awesome, as per usual, took the bag back with no issues as it was broken.

Gorgeous suit case! On our second use the wheel fell off.. made it. Total hassle To finish out our vacation. Rolling around with duct tape on it to stop the plastic from ripping more

Was great until the wheel snapped completely off after less than 2 weeks of use on our roadtrip.

The light blue is adorable and the suitcase survived its first round trip flight as a checked bag.

This piece of luggage states that it has a retractable and locking handle, BUT the handle does not stay in place when locked. Used this suitcase throughout Europe for 2 months and found it very frustrating that the handle was constantly slipping.

I bought this luggage for my trip and it held up so well. Such a great price for an amazing quality luggage. I was able to fit all of my belongings and it rolled effortlessly.

Only buy this luggage when it’s 30% off. Do not I repeat do not pay full price for it. Good thing is that it has a year warranty on it because it’s a target brand item.

Suitcase is made very well. It's very sturdy on the outside, has a nice lining, inside and moves nicely on the floor. Handle is also made nice and sturdy. I would commend this product!😃

love this bag!!! i got the aqua color, my luggage cover didn’t come in before my flight but i was able to the scuffs off with warm water, dawn dish soap and a magic eraser— looks brand new. i had no issues with the handle unlocking while rolling. i understand why people have that issue because the button is right where you hold your hand but scooting it over just a tad bit to not be directly on the unlock button did the trick for me. i was able to fit so much in this bag! could probably fit even more if i used packing cubes. overall i give it a 5 star review.

The stitching around the zipper fell apart in less than a year. The suitcase is not useable.

Love it! Lots of room, great price, and a good investment. It seems like it'll hold up gor a long time.
