After walking five steps with the packed suitcase, the top strap broke. The size was good, but obviously it is not. quality item.

It wasn’t sturdy enough

I have used this bag on 3 trips: It is made very cheap so this bag is very flimsy. After those 3 trips the side has completely ripped, every zipper is broken, missing a wheel, and the side handle has broken. The bag itself is a great size but thats about it.

I thought this was a nice suitcase until the handle broke on my third time using. It’s an important handle too; it’s the one on top where you attach the bag tag at the airport. I returned since it’s been less than 2 months since purchase.

Only used for one trip and the handle broke off and the fabric started to tear. very poor quality.

You definitely get what you pay for with this one. I used it to travel twice and the seam has already ripped open on the top. It is not constructed for the rough handling it gets at the airport.

Worst suitcase I have ever purchased. The top handle broke within 1h of usage, a zipper broke within 12h, and now the side handle is failing. Do not buy.

so far good space and light weight

The front pocket wasn't used, but the zipper had broken by the time we checked in. So the front pocket was flopping open during our whole trip. Target was nice enough to take it back. Otherwise this suitcase is very large, but flimsy, so we only put clothes inside as I didn't trust that the main zipper or fabric wouldn't also break during out trip. It would be overweight at most airlines if it were packed full or with anything heavier than clothes.

I bought this luggage for a domestic flight. I only used it once, and it is falling apart. The stitches around the zippers came apart. I don’t think I can use it again! Do not buy!

The suitcase is large, making it great for a longer trip. The zippers move smoothly, and the liner is thick enough that it will hold up. I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is a very nice looking soft shell suitcase. Expandable with a telescoping handle. I think it's funny that it has to label itself as "check-in size" for all of the bozos that insist their giant suitcases will fit in the overhead. For the price you're getting a pretty basic package but I'm certain that baggage handlers here in the USA will destroy the wheels. I've lost all faith in humanity.

The quality of the outside fabric is very nice and very professional and sleek looking. I love that it has multiple outside pockets because we all have been there, where we've packed our suitcase perhaps a tad too heavy, and then had to rummage through to pull things out once it was weighed. This suitcase has two outside pockets. One is small at the top, and then one runs the rest of the length of the front of the suitcase. It spins incredibly well. And has a pocket on the back for your identification card. It also has the coveted side handle to help you in loading it, as well as some buffer points along the side to help prevent dings and damages. It also has an expander to get a bit more space if needed. The inside is very basic, but in my opinion that leaves more room for packing items.

The wheels on this luggage are smooth. They seem to handle the weight well when it is full. The color is classy and blends in well with neutral colors. The material is easy to wipe clean. There are two outside pockets big enough to add more items in. I wish this suitcase had a lock built in. The size is great for a week trip. You can pack many items inside. The handle could be longer but it is sufficient while using. It it easy to lower and raise the handle. The suitcase has a 5 year limited warranty that is nice to know if the zipper breakdown they would fix it. The one thing I love about the bag is it is lightweight but is sturdy enough to hold items.
